ULTRAMARINOS QUINTÍN will collect different data depending on the features of the website you use, how you interact with us through the website, or when you visit our restaurant:

 

RESERVATION FORM

 

Data: identifying data that you provide us with (first and last name, telephone number, email address). In certain circumstances, when the reservation policy so indicates, ULTRAMARINOS QUINTÍN may also ask you for details of your account number or bank cards in order to make your reservation.

 

Purpose: To provide you with customer service and manage your preferences and reservations, as well as to send you commercial communications.

 

Legitimate basis: The performance of a contract or pre-contract to which you are party (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), with regard to the management of your reservations. The legitimate interest in relation to the suggestion of other Paraguas Group restaurants in the event that the reservation you are looking for is not possible, or to remember your details for possible future reservations at Paraguas Group restaurants (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and consent to the sending of commercial communications from Paraguas Group restaurants (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

 

Recipients: other restaurants belonging to GRUPO PARAGUAS, for the purpose of managing future reservations at any of them, or, if you have expressly agreed to this, for sending commercial communications from said restaurants.

 

Retention: the time strictly necessary to fulfill each of the intended purposes plus, where applicable, the limitation periods for contractual or pre-contractual liability claims. To facilitate your future reservations or to send you commercial communications, we will retain your data until you indicate otherwise.

Purpose: To manage the query for which you are contacting us.
